Disabled Parking Sign Printing
Disabled parking sign printing for private car parks, where a painted wheelchair symbol vanishes under rain, leaves or the car already parked on it. A sign on a post or wall at the head of the bay makes the rule plain before anyone pulls in. Pick the wording that matches how you run your site, then A3, A2 or A1 on 3.5mm Correx, 5mm Foamex or 3mm Dibond aluminium composite.

Three questions before disabled parking sign printing
Who is the bay for?
Be exact with disabled parking sign printing, because the wording is the rule. Blue Badge Holders Only and Disabled Badge Holders Only limit the space to badge holders. Disabled Parking Only is the broader message. Disabled Parking Permit Required suits a site that hands out its own permits, such as a block of flats or a workplace. Disabled Parking Access Required completes the set. Whatever you choose, make the sign match what your staff will actually enforce on a busy Monday morning.
How many bays, and where?
A lone bay by the surgery door needs one A3 sign at its head. A row of four accessible bays can share one A2 or A1 sign at the end of the row.
How do people find them?
Arrows. Disabled Parking Entrance comes plain or with a left or right arrow, and there is a separate Disabled Parking Arrow Right. Put them at the entrance and at each junction, so nobody circles the car park hunting for a space.
Disabled parking sign printing for drop-off points
Not every visit needs a space. Surgeries, schools, places of worship and shops often need a short stop close to the door. Disabled Drop Off and Pick Up Only marks that spot, and left and right arrow versions point drivers to it. If bays keep getting blocked, Disabled Parking Violators Will Be Towed spells out the consequence; only use it if you really do have towing arranged.
Which board for disabled parking sign printing?
3mm Dibond aluminium composite for a permanent sign on a post or wall. It stays flat outdoors and can be drilled at the corners for screws. 5mm Foamex is stiff and neat for covered or underground car parks. 3.5mm Correx is light and waterproof, handy for temporary accessible bays during building work or an event day. The board guide compares them properly.
Sizes and live prices
All thirteen designs in our disabled parking sign printing range are portrait and come in the same three sizes. Current prices are in the size table near the top of the page.
Mount the sign at the head of the bay, high enough to be seen over a bonnet, and out of the swing of a car door. A driver has about the time it takes to turn the wheel to read it, so bigger is kinder.
Custom wording, timings and delivery
Ready-made disabled parking sign printing needs no artwork. For bay numbers, your organisation's name or different wording, send the text and size through get a quote. Keep the words short and large. If you upload a file, a real person checks it for free.
For disabled parking sign printing, signs are ready to dispatch 5 working days after your order and artwork are confirmed. They are made to order and dispatched from the UK. UK mainland delivery is £7.95, free on orders of £100 or more after discounts (artwork fees excluded). Mainland Highlands add £10; Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are quoted. See the delivery page.
Rest of the car park
For visitor, reserved and keep clear bays, see car park signs. For slowing traffic on a private road, see speed limit signs. Everything else for the yard is under site, traffic and hoarding signs.
Disabled Parking Signs: questions answered
Blue Badge Holders Only or Disabled Parking Permit Required: which do I need?
Blue Badge Holders Only keeps the bay for vehicles showing a Blue Badge. Disabled Parking Permit Required is for places that hand out permits of their own, like offices or blocks of flats. Pick whichever fits the way your bays are really managed.
How big should the sign at a disabled bay be?
An A3 sign can be read from around 12 metres, which is fine at the head of one bay. For several bays in a line, or a sign drivers spot as they turn in from the road, A2 (about 17 metres) or A1 (about 24 metres) works better.
Which disabled bay sign lasts longest outside?
3mm Dibond, with its two aluminium faces, keeps flat whatever the weather and can have corner holes so it screws onto a post or wall. 3.5mm Correx suits temporary bays, and 5mm Foamex suits covered or underground parking.
Do you have signs for a disabled drop off point?
Yes, three of them. One marks the pick up and drop off spot itself, and two arrow versions, pointing left and right, lead drivers to it from the gate. Each comes in A3, A2 or A1, on Correx, Foamex or Dibond.
Can I warn drivers they will be towed if they misuse a disabled bay?
There is a sign warning that violators will be towed. Only put it up if you really have arrangements to take vehicles away. Removing cars from private property raises legal questions, so talk your plan through with your adviser first.
