Launch week: UK mainland delivery is free over £49.99 this week, until Sunday 4 October, 11:59pm. Oversize, Highlands and quoted areas are as below. After that the normal rule applies: £7.95, free from £100.

Print delivery at FatPrint works in two parts: first we make your order, then a courier brings it. You see both before you pay: the making time next to the price on every product, and the print delivery charge at checkout.

How long print delivery takes, start to finish #

Add the production days to the courier time. Production starts once your order and artwork are both confirmed, and counts working days (Monday to Friday, not UK bank holidays). The courier usually needs 1 to 3 working days after that, and you get a tracking email as the parcel leaves.

Worked example: a banner on 4 working days, confirmed on a Monday, is ready to go on Friday and usually with you between the following Monday and Wednesday.

Pick your speed #

Speed Working days until it is ready to dispatch When to pick it
Saver From 4 (up to 19 on some products) The date is a way off and you want the lowest price.
Standard From 2 (up to 17 on some products) Most jobs.
Express From 1 (up to 16 on some products) There is a deadline. It costs more, and the price shows on the product page.

The exact days for the product you are looking at sit beside each speed in its options, so you never have to guess. Express makes the job faster; it does not change the courier service.

What print delivery costs #

  • £7.95 per order to England, Wales and mainland Scotland, however many items are in it.
  • Free free over £49.99 this week (normally when the goods come to £100 or more) after any discount code. Artwork and design fees do not count towards the threshold.
  • Big items add £15, once per order: banners over 3 m on any side and boards larger than A0 go with a specialist courier. Street Correx (fence tops, A-board triangles, lamp post wraps and signs, bollard covers) never pays it.

Workwear delivery #

Workwear (clothing with your logo embroidered or printed on it) is made and sent separately from print, so it has its own charge.

  • £9.99 postage and packaging per order, whatever the size of the order.
  • Free-delivery offers are for print only. The £100 threshold and any free-delivery week do not apply to workwear, and workwear does not count towards them.
  • Print and workwear in one basket: you pay the workwear £9.99 plus the print delivery, worked out on the print alone. The delivery line in your basket shows both.
  • The Highlands charge and the quoted areas below apply to workwear orders too.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland #

Mainland Highlands postcodes, such as Inverness, Fort William, Oban and Thurso, pay the mainland rate plus £10 once per order, even when the rest of the order ships free. Our checkout cannot price Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands (the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, Skye, Mull, Arran, Bute and the rest), the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or the Isle of Wight, so for those ask for a quote and we will tell you the delivery cost before you pay. We only deliver within the UK.

Long, heavy and awkward parcels #

Print delivery for big banners, roller banner stands and hoarding panels come in long boxes or on a pallet, and someone needs to be in to sign. If the drop-off is tricky (a gated site, a loading bay, a venue with set goods-in times), put it in the delivery note at checkout.

If it turns up damaged #

Open the parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or missing, send photos of the item and the packaging through the contact form within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. Your legal rights are set out on the returns and refunds page and are not affected.

Delivery by city #
