What are mailer boxes?
Custom mailer boxes do two jobs at once: they get the order there in one piece, and they make the first ten seconds of opening it feel like part of the product. Pick the format first, then the card, then where the print goes.
The formats, grouped
- Mailer. 15 × 12 × 5, 20 × 14 × 8, 23 × 23 × 8, 35 × 25 × 10 and 50 × 50 × 15 cm. The everyday postal box.
- Gift mailer. 15 × 12 × 5, 20 × 14 × 8 and 23 × 23 × 8 cm, for presents and subscription treats.
- Tuck top. 14 × 10 × 10, 20 × 18 × 10, 25 × 25 × 10 and 35 × 26 × 10 cm.
- One piece. Slim 3 cm boxes in A5 (21.6 × 15.6 cm), A4 (30.6 × 21.6 cm) and A3 (42.6 × 30.6 cm). Good for prints, books and flat goods.
- Shipper. 12.5 cm cube, 20 × 18 × 16, 35 × 32 × 22, 40 × 30 × 24 and 50 × 30 × 50 cm.
- Wine carrier. One-piece, two-piece and three-piece versions.
Card and print
Every box is corrugated cardboard. E-flute has a thinner wall and a crisp, neat finish; B-flute is thicker and gives more cushioning for heavier or fragile items. Each comes in white double-coated, which shows colour brightly, or Havana, a natural brown. Print the outside only, the inside only for a hidden message when the lid lifts, or both sides.

Can I order just one printed mailer box?
Yes. Quantities start at 1 box, then 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 and 200. A single box is handy for checking the size against your product before a bigger run.
What is the difference between E-flute and B-flute?
Both are corrugated card. E-flute has a thinner wall and a neater look, while B-flute is thicker and better for heavier or more fragile items.
What does Havana mean?
Havana is a natural brown card, the classic parcel look. White double-coated card gives brighter, cleaner colour if your branding relies on it.
Can you print on the inside of the box?
Yes. Choose printed outside only, inside only or both sides. Printing inside is a nice way to hide a thank-you message under the lid.
Which box suits books or art prints?
The one-piece boxes are only 3 cm deep and come in A5, A4 and A3 sizes, which suits flat items like books, prints and calendars.
How do I send my artwork?
Upload your print-ready artwork when you order. If you need a hand with the layout, design help is available as an option at checkout.
