Questions
Is there a free version?
Yes. Choose Free QR code in the designer and download it straight away. The link is fixed inside it, so if the link changes you reprint. The editable code, free with any print order, avoids that.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. It is free with your print order and keeps working for as long as we are trading, with nothing to renew.
Can I change where it goes after printing?
Yes. Open the link in your order email, type the new address and save. Every code you have printed now goes there.
Can you put it on my print order?
Yes. Add the QR code to your basket with your print and say which item it goes on. Or download it and add it to your own artwork.
Will a logo stop it scanning?
No. With a logo we use the strongest error correction, so the code still scans with the middle covered. Keep a dark code on a light background.
Do you see who scans it?
We count scans and nothing else. No names, no locations.
