Pop Up Displays Printing

Pop up displays printing for exhibitors who want a big curved wall behind them at a show, a conference or a reception. There are two fabric stands, a 3x3 and a wider 3x4, each supplied as printed graphic and frame, plus replacement graphics for anyone who already owns a frame and just needs new branding. The one choice that really matters is width, so measure the back of your stand space before you order.

Pop Up Displays (pop up displays printing)

Three questions before pop up displays printing

1. Do I need a frame?

If this is your first stand, yes. The Fabric Pop Up Display Stand 3x3 and the Fabric Pop Up Display Stand 3x4 both arrive as graphic and frame. If there's a frame in the store cupboard from last year's show and the logo has changed since, skip the hardware. Order Pop Up Display Replacement Graphics in 3x3 or 3x4 and keep the frame you already paid for.

2. 3x3 or 3x4?

The names describe the frame grid, and the 3x4 is the wider of the two. A 3x3 suits a compact shell scheme, a corner of a hotel function room or a busy reception. The 3x4 fills a wider back wall and leaves room for a product photo next to the logo. For replacement graphics, match the frame you own: 3x3 and 3x4 graphics are different widths and won't swap.

3. How many?

Pop up displays printing runs from 1 to 5 of each design. That covers a firm running two stands at the same show, or a charity sending a stand to each regional event on the same weekend.

How the stand goes together

The frame is collapsible. You open it out, fix the printed fabric to it, and the wall is done. The curve is what makes it work as a backdrop: it wraps around the people and products standing in front of it, so a visitor's eye lands on your stand rather than the one next door. Pop up displays printing is all about that one big surface, so give it one big message.

Sizes and options for pop up displays printing

Both stands, and both graphic-only replacements, are listed in the size table near the top of the page with live prices. Pick graphic and frame for a new stand, or graphic only when you're refreshing an old one. If you need a straight wall or a specific width that neither stand gives you, stretch fabric display walls are the next place to look.

Artwork that reads across a hall

  • Set your file to the exact graphic size for your frame. Artwork for a 3x3 won't fit a 3x4.
  • Put the logo and headline in the top half. Tables, boxes and people hide the bottom.
  • Keep words away from the far ends, where the curve bends them out of view.
  • Use vector logos and full-size, high-resolution photos. A back wall is seen from across an aisle, so small text is wasted.

For pop up displays printing you can upload a print-ready file, build one in the free online designer, or use our paid artwork service. A real person checks every uploaded file for free. File set-up is in the artwork guidelines.

Timing and delivery

Standard production is 6 working days, express from 5 working days and saver 8, counted from when your order and artwork are confirmed. Work back from the show date, add delivery, and leave a day spare for a practice build in the office. All pop up displays printing is made to order and dispatched from the UK.

UK mainland delivery is £7.95, free on orders of £100 or more after discounts (artwork fees excluded). Mainland Highlands add £10. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are quoted. Items over 3 m on any side add £15. Full details are on the delivery page.

Dressing the rest of the stand

A back wall on its own looks half finished. A printed tablecloth hides the trestle and the boxes under it, and promotional counters give your team a branded spot to stand and chat. Use the same colours and logo position across all three and the stand looks planned. For anything outside the standard pop up displays printing options, get a quote.

Pop Up Displays: questions answered

Should I choose the 3x3 or the 3x4 pop up stand?

Measure your pitch. Each one opens into a curved fabric wall, but the 3x4 stretches further, so it suits a bigger space or a long back wall. The 3x3 is kinder to tight corners and small halls. Before designing, check the graphic dimensions listed on each product page.

Our pop up stand is fine, but the print is out of date. Can I just buy a new graphic?

You can. Fresh fabric prints are sold without a frame for both the 3x3 and 3x4 stands, so an old but sound frame gets a new face. Match the size to the frame you own before you order.

How many pop up stands can go in one order?

Up to five of each pop up product. Planning a bigger roll-out? Drop us a line through the Contact page first, and we will talk through quantity and timing together.

Pop up stand or fabric display wall: which suits a small charity?

Choose by width. The pop up opens on a folding frame into one curved shape and comes in two sizes only. Fabric walls give you straight, curved or wave shapes anywhere from 2.5 to 6 metres, which helps if your pitch is a set length.
