What fabric displays printing gets you

Picture the morning of a trade show. The hall smells of fresh carpet, everyone is wrestling with panels and tape, and you walk in with one bag. You click the frame together, pull the printed fabric over it like a sock over a foot, and the wall is done. That is the whole point of a stretch fabric wall: big impact, small bag, no fiddly joins lining up across your logo.

Which wall for which job

Our fabric displays printing range has four shapes. Start with what the wall has to do.

• Most room for words and pictures: the Straight Stretch Fabric Display Wall. Flat face, five widths.
• A stand that feels like a space you step into: the Curved Stretch Fabric Display Wall, which bends gently round the visitor.

Kit or graphic only

Each wall comes as Graphic and Frame, the full set, or Graphic Only, which is a new printed cover for a frame you already have. Rebranded this year? Keep the frame, swap the fabric. Straight, curved and wave walls can be printed on one side or both. Pick double sided when the wall stands out in the open and people walk round the back of it. The snake stand is single sided. Order anything from 1 to 30 of each.

Widths

With fabric displays printing, the width is the first thing to settle. Straight walls come in 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m and 6 m widths, roughly 8 ft 2 in (2500 mm), 9 ft 10 in (3000 mm), 13 ft 1 in (4000 mm), 16 ft 5 in (5000 mm) and 19 ft 8 in (6000 mm). Curved walls come in 2.5 m, 3 m and 6 m, and wave walls in 3 m and 6 m. Live prices for the straight wall are in the size table near the top of the page.

Measure your pitch first. A wall a little narrower than the space sits neatly without rubbing the neighbouring stand.

Getting the artwork right

• Each shape and width has its own graphic size, so set up the file for the exact wall you are ordering.
• Put the logo and the main line high up. Tables, leaflets and people hide the bottom third all day.
• On curved and wave walls, keep words off the deepest part of a bend, where they look squashed from an angle.
• Vector logos and CMYK colours give the most even result on fabric.

Timing and delivery for fabric displays printing

Straight, curved and wave walls take 8 working days as standard, 6 on express and 10 on saver. The snake stand takes 6 standard, 4 express and 8 saver. The clock starts once your order and artwork are confirmed, so book the show date backwards. Everything is made to order and dispatched from the UK.

UK mainland delivery is £7.95, free on orders of £100 or more after discounts (artwork fees excluded). Mainland Highlands add £10. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are quoted. Items over 3 m on any side add £15.
