Lined Heavy-Duty Boxes

Heavy-duty box printing covers the tall, square-sided boxes you see holding bottles, jars, tubes and tins. They stand upright on a shelf, give you four printed faces to work with, and make a single product look like it belongs in a gift shop.

Three sizes

• 70 × 70 × 200 mm. The tallest and slimmest, for long, narrow items.
• 90 × 90 × 140 mm. Wider and shorter, for jars and squat bottles.
• 90 × 90 × 180 mm. Wide and tall, for bigger jars, tins or bottles.

Measure your product, including any cap or pump, and leave a little room so it slides in without forcing.

Board and print

All sizes are made from 380gsm Technodesign board. Printing is on the outside of the box only, so put your branding, ingredients and barcode on the outer faces.

Finishes

Choose gloss or matte lamination on the outside, or none. Then add a coating if you want one: selective varnish to pick out a logo or name, or gold or silver coating for a metallic look. Or keep it plain.

Quantities

Order 25, 50, 75 or 100 for a first batch, then 300, 500, 1,000 and on up to 5,000.

UK mainland postage is £7.95 per basket, not per item, and free when your goods total £100 or more. Highlands mainland addresses add £10; Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted first.
