What are coasters?

Paper beer mats get binned at closing time. These get kept. Each printed coaster is a 90 × 90 mm square of 3mm MDF with a 1mm cork base, so it has real weight on the table and the cork underside gives it some grip.

One size, one build, any picture

There is a single specification, which makes ordering quick: 90 × 90 mm, a 3mm MDF top and a 1mm cork base. The only thing that changes is your design. A logo in the middle, two names and a wedding date, a photo of the dog, a pub crest. Keep important text a few millimetres in from the edge so nothing sits right on the cut line.

Who orders them

Bars and cafés. A set for each table that outlasts any paper mat.
Weddings. A favour at each place setting with the couple's names and the date.
Offices. Desk coasters with the company logo for staff and visitors.
Makers and gift shops. Small runs of your own designs to sell.

You can order any number from 1 to 20, then 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 or 250. A one-off birthday present is as easy to order as a full set for a bar. Sets of four or six are the usual choice for gifts.

What are the coasters made of?

Up to 20 guests you can order the exact number. Above that the quantities step up to 25, 50, 75 and so on, so round up and keep the spares for the top table or family.
