What are product boxes?

Printed product boxes are the retail carton: the thing your product sits in on a shelf, in a gift hamper or on a market table. Get the size right and the product looks made for it. Get it wrong and it rattles. So start with a ruler.

Build the size from three dropdowns

Width: 20 mm to 200 mm.
Depth: 20 mm to 200 mm.
Height: 50 mm to 200 mm.

Measure your product, add a couple of millimetres each way, and pick the nearest values. A lip balm might sit in a 30 × 30 × 90 mm box; a candle jar in something closer to 90 × 90 × 100 mm. The page only lets you choose combinations that are available.

Boards and finishes

Technodesign 380gsm. Smooth and firm, the all-rounder.
Premium Card. A step up in feel for gift lines.
Embossed Card. A textured surface you notice when you pick it up.
Havana. Natural brown board for an earthy, handmade look.

Lamination goes on the outer side only: gloss, matt or soft touch. Or skip it for a plain printed board.

How do I choose the right box size?

Measure your product's width, depth and height, add a little room, then choose the nearest values in the three dropdowns. Width and depth run 20 to 200 mm and height 50 to 200 mm.

What is the smallest order?

25 boxes. Larger runs go up through 300, 500 and 1,000 to 10,000.

Which board should I pick?

Technodesign 380gsm is the smooth all-rounder. Premium and Embossed Card feel more special, and Havana gives a natural brown look.

Can I have a soft feel on the outside?

Yes, choose soft touch lamination. Gloss and matt are the other options, and you can also have no lamination.

Can I order a small test run?

Yes, 25 boxes is the smallest run, which is handy for checking the fit and look before a bigger order.
