What are pillow boxes?

A pillow box is a flat card shape with two curved ends. Squeeze the sides and it puffs up into a soft pillow, then the ends tuck in to close it. They store flat, take seconds to assemble and turn a small item into a gift.

Pick your dimensions

Rather than a fixed list of sizes, you choose each measurement separately on the page:

Width from 60 mm to 190 mm.
Depth from 80 mm to 310 mm.
Height from 20 mm to 60 mm.

A 20 mm high box suits a gift card, a bracelet or a USB stick. Go to 50 or 60 mm for soap, sweets or a small candle. Not every combination exists, so the dropdowns guide you to the ones that do.

Card and finish

Technodesign 380gsm is a stiff, smooth board that holds its shape well. Premium Card and Embossed Card add a more special feel, the second with a textured surface you can feel under your thumb. Lamination is on the outer side only: gloss for shine, matt for a calm, flat look, soft touch for that velvety feel, or none.

What sizes do pillow boxes come in?

Do they arrive flat?

Which card feels most premium?
