Only if a light falls on it. The Correx, Dibond and Foamex versions are printed without any reflective or glow-in-the-dark layer. So for a church car park, a school path or a yard used on winter evenings, put it beneath a lamp that is already there, or add a light. If your risk assessment says a sign has to reflect or glow, buy that one from a firm that makes them.
