As a gas engineer, which labels should I stock up on first?
Most gas engineers start with Boiler Service Labels, Danger Do Not Use Labels and At Risk Warning Labels. Each one shows your business name and phone number, so the householder knows who to contact when the boiler is next due a service.
Do I need a special pen to fill in boiler labels?
Not for the matt paper ones: a ballpoint or a permanent pen writes fine. For waterproof polypropylene labels, carry a permanent marker, as ballpoint does not grip the smooth plastic surface.
What should I use for labels on a meter box outside the house?
Waterproof polypropylene. It stands up to rain and damp on outside meter boxes and flues. Save the paper labels for boilers in kitchens, airing cupboards and other dry places inside.
Can you print the registration body logo on my labels or cards?
No. That logo is licensed to registered businesses, so we never print it. We can show your registration number as plain text, and add your own business logo if you send it over.
Do you sell a starter pack for gas engineers?

What is the delivery charge on gas labels?
£7.95 per order to the UK mainland, or free when your goods total £100 or more after discounts. Mainland Scottish Highlands add £10 per order. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are priced on request.
