What is a birthday card?

Birthday card printing at FatPrint turns your own design into folded cards with envelopes, in runs from 25 to 1,000. A dentist or gym sending custom birthday cards to members, an illustrator stocking a market stall, or a family printing a photo card for a 90th all order the same way: choose a size, a card and an envelope, then upload your artwork.

A6 is the everyday card size for a shop rack. The 148 mm square card suits a single illustration or a big number on the front. A5 gives a milestone birthday photo room to breathe.

Card stock and lamination

The card you pick changes how it feels in the hand and how it takes a pen.

350gsm silk card for crisp photos and bright colour.
350gsm recycled uncoated for a soft, natural finish that is easy to write on.
300gsm greetings card, a stock made for cards, at a lighter weight.
Gloss lamination, outside adds shine to the cover. Choose none to keep the card as it is.

Custom birthday cards for customers: quantities

Order 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000. Prices for each quantity are live on the page. A salon sending a card each month might take 250 of one design; an artist testing a new print can start at 25. Every card is paired with red or white envelopes in the size you choose.
