Do our guests need to download anything?
No. The website opens in any phone browser from a link or a QR code.
Can we change things after it goes live?
Yes. Text changes are included until the wedding on Wedding Website and Big Day. On Invite Link we include two rounds of changes.
Where do the RSVP replies go?
Each reply is emailed to you and kept in a guest list you can open at any time and download as a spreadsheet.
How long does the site stay online?
Until 6 months after the wedding, so guests can see the photos afterwards. After that we take it down and delete guest details.
Can we have our own web address?
Yes. Add your own web address, or choose Big Day where it is included for 12 months.
Can the website match our printed invitations?
Yes. Send your card design in the brief, or order printed invitations with us and we design both together.
What should we put on our wedding website?
Start with names, date, every event with its venue and map, the RSVP and the dress code. Read our checklist.
How do we get help after ordering?
Open a support ticket any time, or reply to your order email. A real person replies, usually within one working day.
