We have our first exhibition stand. What should we bring?
Most stands have three layers: something big at the back, somewhere for staff to stand, and something small at the front. So a backdrop or fabric wall for your branding, a counter or printed tablecloth as a base, and a cardboard totem near the aisle to pull people in.
PVC backdrop or fabric wall for a club that does two shows a year?
PVC backdrops can be made to any size and suit one-off events. Fabric walls come in set widths, pack small and suit anyone going to several shows. Fabric walls can also be bought as graphic only later on, so you can refresh the print without buying a new frame.
We already own frames. Can we just buy new prints?
Yes. Fabric walls and counters both offer a Graphic Only choice. There are also stand-alone replacement prints for the 3x3 and 3x4 fabric pop ups, and for oval, triangle and rectangle counters.
How far ahead of a show should we order?
Plan around the slowest thing on your list. PVC backdrops on express can leave us 1 working day after artwork confirmation, but fabric walls and counters on saver take up to 10 working days, and delivery comes on top. Ordering early also gives you time to check your artwork without rushing.
Are the exhibition prices on the page the full cost?
For the goods, yes: what you see is what you pay at checkout. Delivery joins the total on our usual terms, free once the goods reach £100, so a club kitting out a whole stand in one order often pays nothing to send it.
