How do I pick the right package?

Is the consultation face to face?
No, it is by phone or video call at a time that suits you. Everything we make is delivered to you anywhere on the UK mainland.
Do I have to use my own logo?
In First Step to Out and About we tidy the logo you already have. From New Brand up we design a new one, or tidy yours if you prefer to keep it.
Can I change what is in a package?
Yes, within reason. Swap a quantity or an item on the call and we tell you if the price changes before anything is made.
What happens with the website hosting after the first year?
Hosting is then £9.99 a month if you keep it with us, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The domain is registered in your name and renews at £9.99 a year.
Is VAT added at the checkout?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, with no VAT added.
