Questions
Do you give charities a discount?
Yes. Sign up for our community discount and up to 10% comes off every order while you are signed in. It's for charities, places of worship, schools and PTAs, scouts and guides, and community sports clubs.
Do we need a charity number for the community discount?
No. Add it if you have one and we keep it on your account. Plenty of the groups we want to help are not registered charities, so the number is optional.
Can you print our logo and brand colours?
Yes. Upload a print-ready PDF, or design it free online and add your logo there.
How early should we order?
Every product shows its dispatch time before you pay. Add the delivery time and leave a few days spare, especially when the date is fixed.
