Overview
Our A2 board printing is for anyone who needs a correx board that looks sharp and lasts the job.
Where it works
Built for temporary outdoor signs, estate agent boards and site signs. Landlords use them for "to let" boards and notices. Car boot sales, fetes and school fairs use them to point the way.
Sizes
Sizing A2 board printing: it comes in one size, A2. A-sizes make choosing easy: A3 for a gate or a door, A2 and A1 for a fence or a post, A0 for a roadside.
Materials for A2 board printing
Choose 3.5mm Correx (light, waterproof fluted board) or 5mm Correx (stiffer for bigger boards). 3.5mm Correx is light, waterproof and cheap to replace; 5mm is stiffer and stays flatter at larger sizes. You can also add printing on one side or both, gloss (one side), none or matt (one side), drilled holes for screwing it up and cutting to shape.
Correx is fluted, so cable ties go straight through the flutes onto a post or fence. It is waterproof but not forever: think months, not years.
Artwork and timing
Got artwork? Upload it. No artwork? Use the online designer, or our paid artwork service (1 design, 2 rounds of changes). Either way a person looks over the file first, free. Standard production is 3 working days from when your order and artwork are confirmed. Express gets it done from 2 working days. Saver takes 5 and is there if you are not in a rush. Your A2 board printing is made to order and dispatched from the UK.
Put up outdoors, a banner, board or flag counts as an advertisement under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007. Most small ones need no application, but the council can tell you if yours does.
We charge £7.95 to send it anywhere on the UK mainland, and nothing once your goods come to £100 or more after discounts. Mainland Highlands postcodes add £10; Northern Ireland, the islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Scilly and the Isle of Wight are quoted. Full details are on the delivery page.

Which options does this Correx board have?

Which material is used for the A2 Correx boards?
Full colour print on 3.5mm Correx or 5mm Correx. Prices start at £31.51. If you are after a different material, message us from the Contact page.
Is anything added to the price of my A2 Correx board order at checkout?
Only delivery, where it applies. The figure on the page is the one you pay at checkout. The £31.51 starting price for your A2 Correx board order is the full price of the goods. Mainland UK delivery adds £7.95 to the basket, and nothing once the goods reach £100 after any discount code.
How fast can I have my A2 Correx board order?
Express gets it out in 2 working days, Standard ships after 3 working days and Saver, the lowest price, after 5 working days. Courier delivery follows in 1 to 3 working days. Postage to the UK mainland is £7.95 per basket, not per item, and free when your goods total £100 or more.
Is there a discount if I buy more?
Usually, yes: the more you order, the less each one tends to cost. Anything from 1 up to 1,000 is priced on this page for your A2 Correx board order. Postage to the UK mainland is £7.95 per basket, not per item, and free when your goods total £100 or more.

Every upload is looked at by a person first, and nothing is printed until it passes. If anything needs fixing on your A2 Correx board order, we tell you before it is made. Paid help is there too: a clean layout from your text and logo (£15), a design from your brief (£35) or a logo redraw (£30), each with one first draft and two rounds of changes.
Asked by buyers
How cheaply can I get hold of A2 Correx Boards?
Picked the way the page first loads, with 3.5mm Correx, A2 · 420 × 594 mm and single Sided, A2 Correx Boards come to £31.51. Any other mix of options, a faster turnaround included, gets its own price the moment you choose it, and that figure is what you pay at checkout. Only delivery is left to add. On its own the opening price of £31.51 would add £7.95 for mainland delivery; reach £100 of goods and that goes to zero.
Is delivery extra on top of the price of A2 Correx Boards?
Send it to a UK mainland address for a flat £7.95, or for free when the goods in the basket add up to £100 or more after discounts; artwork and design charges do not count towards that. An order of just this at the opening price of £31.51 is under £100, so it pays the £7.95. We price delivery first for Northern Ireland and for the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Scilly, the Scottish islands and the Isle of Man; Highland addresses on the mainland just pay £10 extra, one time per order.
Which turnaround speeds can I choose for A2 Correx Boards?
Allow 5 working days on Saver, 3 on Standard or 2 on Express before A2 Correx Boards are handed to the courier, based on the options the page opens with. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted, and nothing starts until the order is paid and the artwork is confirmed. Pick another size or material and the days beside each speed update, sometimes by a day. After it leaves us, the courier normally delivers in one to three working days and you get the tracking link by email.
Which artwork services are offered with A2 Correx Boards?
Several routes, all chosen under Artwork on this page. Send your own finished file (no charge), we set your words and logo on a tidy layout, called typesetting (£15), we design it from your brief (£35), we redraw a blurry or low quality logo as sharp vector art (£30) or we create a brand new logo (£50). Typesetting and design from a brief each come with one first draft and two rounds of changes. The fee is the same whatever quantity you order and shows separately in the basket. There is also a free online designer if you want to build it yourself. For reference, these Correx boards measure A2 (420 × 594 mm).
Is the online designer free, and how do I use it?
Pick a starting layout, swap in your own words, logo and pictures, and move things around until it looks right. While you work, the tool flags sample text you forgot to change, small text, items outside the safe area and blurry images, before you can finish. It is free to use and the on-screen watermark does not print. What you see is what we print. Make the artwork for these Correx boards the same size as the one you order, such as A2 (420 × 594 mm).
What material are these Correx boards?
Think of the boards you see at car boot sales, school fetes, open houses and elections: that is Correx. It is fluted polypropylene, a plastic sheet with hollow channels running through it, which keeps it light, stiff and waterproof. Available for A2 Correx Boards as 3.5mm or 5mm Correx.
How big are A2 Correx Boards?
It measures A2 (420 × 594 mm) and costs from £31.51. If that is not quite right for your space, the A3 Correx Boards or the A4 Correx Boards may fit better. Spend £100 on goods and mainland delivery is free; below that it is £7.95. Other settings on the page, such as quantity, adjust the total as you go.
How do people usually fix up these Correx boards?
Putting up A2 Correx Boards takes very little kit. Holes can come ready made: choose all corners or top corners under Drilling when you order. Then a handful of cable ties for a fence, or a stake or two; ties through the flutes hold firmly. If the wall is smooth and indoors, double-sided foam tape or sticky pads avoid drilling altogether.
I am not a business. Can I buy just one of these Correx boards?
Of course. Anyone can order, with no trade account and no minimum beyond one. Prices for A2 Correx Boards begin at £31.51, checkout works without an account and you pay by card. Parents, clubs, churches and small shops order single items all the time. On its own the opening price of £31.51 would add £7.95 for mainland delivery; reach £100 of goods and that goes to zero.
Could the total go up after I reach the checkout?
No surprises: what the page shows for these Correx boards is the goods figure you pay at checkout. Delivery is the one extra, £7.95 to a UK mainland address, and it drops away when the goods reach £100 after discounts. Paid artwork help shows up as its own basket line, so you can check each amount before paying. Nothing is printed ahead of time: each Correx board is made to order for you. For reference, these Correx boards measure A2 (420 × 594 mm).
How many A2 Correx Boards can I buy at one time?
Anything from 1 to 1000. The quantity choices on the page run 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, and upwards. The figure shown is for the whole batch, not for one, so divide it by the number you picked to see the cost of each. If you need more than 1000, send the size, number and date through our Get a quote page. Before delivery, these Correx boards cost from £31.51.
Do you send to Northern Ireland or the islands?
Yes, anywhere in the UK, though the price differs by area. A Highlands postcode on the mainland pays the usual rate plus a single £10 for the order, and that £10 still applies when the rest of the delivery is free. Northern Ireland gets a price worked out first, as do the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Scilly, the Scottish islands and the Isle of Man: send your postcode through our Get a quote page or the Contact page. We cannot send anything outside the UK. Before delivery, these Correx boards cost from £31.51.
Our event is close. Can A2 Correx Boards be rushed?
Yes. Choose Express and A2 Correx Boards can be on the way in 2 working days on the opening option, for £42.02, where Saver is £31.51 and takes 5 days. Then give the courier one to three working days, and send the artwork with the order, because the clock does not run until the file is sorted. If the date is really tight, message us on the Contact page before paying and we will tell you honestly.
I am not a designer. What if the file I send turns out to be unusable?
That is why a person looks at every upload before anything is printed. Typical snags are a document at the wrong size, missing bleed, blurry photos and words sitting too near the trim. If we spot one, we explain what to change and you send a fresh file. Or hand it over to us: for £15 our typesetting places your wording and logo on a neat layout, with one first draft and two rounds of changes. If you have no file, you can build the design for these Correx boards in our free online designer and check every detail before ordering.
Can I send a Word or Canva file for A2 Correx Boards?
Word, PowerPoint and Canva are a fair place to start, but export a high quality PDF from them before uploading. Our first choice is always a PDF at the ordered size with fonts embedded or outlined, followed by AI, EPS or SVG, then high resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF. You can add three files, each up to 25 MB, on this page, or upload them after ordering from the email we send. If you have no file, you can build the design for these Correx boards in our free online designer and check every detail before ordering. For reference, these Correx boards measure A2 (420 × 594 mm).
Someone else is putting our file together. How does it reach you?
Easiest route: they send the finished file to whoever placed the order, and it gets uploaded after ordering. Up to 3 files of 25 MB each are fine. They can also reach us through the Contact page, as long as they quote your order number so it lands on the right job. Production waits for the checked file, so a late file means a later dispatch date. Make the artwork for these Correx boards the same size as the one you order, such as A2 (420 × 594 mm).
How many pixels does a photo need to print well on these Correx boards?
Close-up items need about 300 dpi at full size. So an A2 (420 × 594 mm) layout wants about 4,961 by 7,016 pixels. Keep lettering and logos as vectors if you can. An image copied off a web page or a social post rarely has enough pixels; if yours looks likely to print soft, our file check flags it.
Will anyone look at my file before it is printed?
Yes, a real person on our team opens every uploaded file and checks the size, the bleed and the resolution. If something is off, you hear from us before anything is made. Designs made in the online designer are printed exactly as they looked on screen. We print what you send, though, so read the spelling, numbers and dates yourself as well. Making starts when the order and the file are both confirmed. For reference, these Correx boards measure A2 (420 × 594 mm).
Once I finish designing these Correx boards online, is the file mine to keep?
Two ways. Buy the file on its own: finish your design and pay £9.99 for the print-ready PDF, though you give up the right to cancel as soon as you start downloading it. Or order printing, and a full resolution PDF of the design travels with the order, waiting for you in your confirmation email and under My Account once you have paid. Make the artwork for these Correx boards the same size as the one you order, such as A2 (420 × 594 mm).
Does the sides printed option I choose make a difference to A2 Correx Boards?
The sides printed option has 2 settings: double Sided or single Sided. One side means the design appears on the front only. Two sides puts print on both faces, handy when people approach from either direction, for example a flag on a pole or a sign that faces two ways. Switch between them on the page and the total updates straight away, so you can see what each one adds. For these Correx boards, the material can be 5mm Correx or 3.5mm Correx. Before delivery, these Correx boards cost from £31.51.
Which material would you suggest for A2 Correx Boards?
It is what your design gets printed onto. For A2 Correx Boards the list runs 5mm Correx or 3.5mm Correx. Try each one on the page: the figure changes as you click, so the cost of every choice is clear.
Lamination on A2 Correx Boards: how do the choices differ?
The lamination option has 3 settings: matt (One Side), none or gloss (One Side). A laminate is a very thin clear layer sealed over the print. Gloss gives richer, punchier colour; matt takes the shine away so photos and text are easier to read under lights; soft touch feels smooth, almost like velvet. Whichever you pick, the surface copes better with scuffs. Switch between them on the page and the total updates straight away, so you can see what each one adds. For these Correx boards, the material can be 5mm Correx or 3.5mm Correx. Nothing is printed ahead of time: each Correx board is made to order for you.
Can you explain the profile cut setting for A2 Correx Boards?
A profile cut follows the edge of your artwork, so the board ends up shaped like your design rather than a plain oblong. Put a cut line in your file, or tell us and we will add one. For A2 Correx Boards the list runs yes or no. Try each one on the page: the figure changes as you click, so the cost of every choice is clear.
Can these Correx boards have print on the front and the back?
They can: switch Sides Printed to double sided for A2 Correx Boards. Two-way printing makes sense for boards seen coming and going, such as one hanging on a fence beside a lane, or pushed into a lawn on a stake. Send two pages, front then back, and tell us if the back is simply a copy of the front.
Could we put these Correx boards up on a building site or around works?
Correx is a natural fit: cheap, light and happy in the rain, which makes it the everyday board for temporary site signs. Whoever puts them up should tie off every fixing point firmly and check again once the wind has been blowing. You will also find these Correx boards in our Landlords & Letting Agents and Builders & Construction sections.
Could these Correx boards do the job at a community garden or an allotment gate?
A2 Correx Boards can do it, if you match the board to how long the sign stays up. For an open day, a plant sale or a season of notices, Correx does well: it is waterproof, easy to carry and cheap to replace. Ask for holes drilled in all corners or top corners and the board arrives ready for cable ties or screws.
Would A2 Correx Boards be useful for landlords and letting agents?
For lets, rental homes and shared buildings, look under Landlords & Letting Agents in the shop: A2 Correx Boards are listed there. Prices begin at £31.51; the size is A2 (420 × 594 mm); the material choices are 5mm Correx or 3.5mm Correx. People buying for that kind of work often add Custom Vinyl Stickers or Emergency Control Valve Labels. Put everything in one order and delivery is free at £100 or more.
Do builders and contractors buy A2 Correx Boards from you?
Yes: A2 Correx Boards sit in our Builders & Construction section, next to other things builders and contractors buy for sites, extensions and renovations. Prices begin at £31.51. The size is A2 (420 × 594 mm). The material choices are 5mm Correx or 3.5mm Correx. Also in that section: A3 Correx Boards and Caution Site Speed Limit 10 mph Site Banner. One basket can hold the lot, and delivery is free once the goods reach £100.
How many weeks will these Correx boards stay looking good outdoors?
Rain is no trouble for A2 Correx Boards: Correx cannot rot and does not take in water. What ages it is sunlight and knocks, which is why it is sold as a temporary sign, good for a season of events rather than several years. For something that stays up for good, such as a club house name board, choose Dibond instead.
How do I pick the right drilling for A2 Correx Boards?
With drilling, the corners arrive with holes already made, so the board can go straight up with screws or cable ties and you never need to get the drill out. For A2 Correx Boards the list runs top corners, no or all corners. Try each one on the page: the figure changes as you click, so the cost of every choice is clear.
How do Correx boards go up on railings, or on a stake in the grass?
Railings: have A2 Correx Boards drilled and use cable ties, two along the top edge and two along the bottom so it stays still in the wind. Grass: feed a garden cane or wooden stake into a flute along the base, then tap it into the ground.

Can I pay for A2 Correx Boards by card as a guest?
Yes. Guest checkout is fine, and any debit or credit card works. Stripe processes the payment for us, which keeps your card number off our system entirely. We begin making these Correx boards once the payment has cleared and the artwork is confirmed. Large or out of the ordinary jobs can be quoted first from the Get a quote page. Before delivery, these Correx boards cost from £31.51.
Our treasurer needs a receipt for the accounts. What do we get?
Keep the order confirmation email we send: it itemises the purchase and the payment, and works as a plain receipt for your records. The parcel turned up damaged. How do I sort it out?
Take photos of the damage and the box it came in, then send them through the contact form within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number. Hold on to the item rather than posting it back; we reply and arrange a reprint or refund. This sits alongside your legal rights, which the returns page covers. Choose Saver and these Correx boards leave us after 5 working days; Express brings that down to 2.
Can I design these Correx boards first and show the committee before we pay?
You can. Designing online costs nothing until you order, so make a draft, show it to the group and tweak it as often as you like. The on-screen watermark is only there on the preview and is never printed. The designer flags things like small text or low-resolution photos as you go, but it cannot catch a wrong date, so have a second person read it. Make the artwork for these Correx boards the same size as the one you order, such as A2 (420 × 594 mm).
Which mistakes does the online designer warn me about?
Five things: placeholder wording still sitting in the layout, lettering smaller than will print clearly, anything creeping past the safe area or right up to the trim, logos or photos with too few pixels for the size, and shapes lying on top of words. A serious issue has to be sorted before you finish, while a plain warning can be accepted if you are happy with it. Your spelling is not read, so go over names, numbers and dates yourself. Make the artwork for these Correx boards the same size as the one you order, such as A2 (420 × 594 mm).
What is the safest way to clean these Correx boards?
Treat A2 Correx Boards gently: a soft cloth and soapy warm water, a rinse, then a dry. Strong cleaners, solvents and scourers can take the shine off the print or lift it, so leave them in the cupboard. Store spares flat, not leaning, to stop them bowing.
